emphasizes a team approach where our clients work along with our Design Consultants
as a Construction Management Team.
The Construction Management Team’s responsibility is
to provide overall administration of the project. This includes preliminary
planning of the project, scheduling, budget, methodology and materials
consulting during the design phase. They will also arrange for all project
services and trade contractors.
The team will also plan, schedule and supervise the installation
and activities of all trade contractors during the construction phase.
Our team approach focuses on one prime directive:
“ Complete the project in the quickest time possible within our client’s
budget limitations”.
